Information We Collect
When you sign up, we collect your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, and — optionally — your phone number. Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email; we do not collect or store passwords.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to run your rewards balance, show you offers and educational content relevant to you, and verify your identity when you sign in with an emailed code. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
No Clinical or Health Records
This app does not store your clinical records, treatment history, or other health information. Your health information lives in the CareStack patient portal, a separate system operated by BITE Dental Center that this app links out to — CareStack processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Data Storage and Security
Your session is stored as a secure, encrypted cookie on your device. Sign-in codes are hashed before storage and expire shortly after they are sent. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Your Choices
You may delete your account data at any time in the app (More → Delete Account) or by contacting us below. Opting out of the app does not affect your care at BITE Dental Center.
Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for use by children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child's information was submitted, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
